10 years MyMobility – New MyMobility Version online
Since June 2011 our modified and updated clients’ only MyMobility website is online with new interesting user friendly functions.
In 2001 already, as one of the first relocation companies in France, Management Mobility Consulting developed a complex MyMobility tracking system in form of an extranet. MyMobility provides to each client regularly updated information about the elements of the transferee’s package, the project progress report, preselected accommodations as well as individual contact lists. Checks list and prearrival information packages are available as download versions, and since more than 10 years, our clients have the possibility to fill in all questionnaires online.
In the meantime, the system has been continuously improved and completed. This month the weather forecast concerning the new destination has been added to the transferee’s welcome page. Depending on the individual progress of each project, the client gets advice on the next steps and may receive a friendly reminder from the system for any missing information or document needed.
The latest modifications concern an improved version of the HR manager’s site providing detailed information about each transferee’s mobility as well as company specific summary sheets for each HR manager.
Our client’s companies have even the possibility to add company specific checklists and information packages to be displayed on their transferee’s websites.
An individual alert function sends specific reminders concerning important dates and deadlines, for example when the yearly chimney sweeping or the maintenance of the gas boiler have to be organized or for the renewal of a work and residence permit.
MyMobility is used for both inbound and outbound business in more than 60 different countries and enables us to efficiently coordinate and follows up all our transfers worldwide.
