Mobili-Pass®, a system aimed at facilitating access to housing for employees in professional mobility, is meeting with great success. The total amount of aid has already reached €22.6 million in the first three months of 2023, and the estimated available budget of €33 million is expected to be exceeded soon. Action Logement Services (ALS), the organization in charge of the system, has announced a possible end to the Mobilipass® envelope no later than June 30, 2023. Only complete applications or those currently under review by this date will be considered, according to the eligibility rules in effect. However, this date could be moved forward if budget exhaustion requires it.

However, the situation of Action Logement Services (ALS) may evolve. The classification of ALS as a public establishment by INSEE could impact its future financing capabilities.

It is therefore important to remain vigilant about the future of Mobili-Pass®. Nothing is final, and several options remain possible. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
