Management Mobility Consulting supports the development of the Agricultural Training Center Krumhuk in Namibia.

The ATCK is Namibia’s first training center in agricultural production and farm household management.

In December 2012, a team from Management Mobility Consulting spent one week at Krumhuk in Namibia to set up a support program as a joined action of the Rotary Clubs of Metz and Windhoek with several international co-sponsors.

This project was initiated by Management Mobility Consulting after a first visit of the ATCK in August 2011.

Our joined support should speed up the development of the ATCK pedagogical program that benefits to the local economic activity in farming and tourism.

The pedagogical project of ATCK aims at training young dynamic people in practical farming and household management through a 2-years fulltime program. Beyond technical skills, ATCK aims at developing the student’s personality, responsibility, spirit of teamwork and leadership in a cross-cultural environment.

The students, aged between 18 and 22 years old, get to know the importance of international mobility by taking part in internship programs in Europe.
